  • A light pour of whiskey
  • A heavy pour of sparkling water
  • A few drops of cardamom bitters.

The cardamom bitters evoke the taste of cola with none of the sugar. This drink has more body than you would expect from a beverage with no sugar, no sodas, and nothing that’s terrible for you.

Moment spritzer

Moment is an adaptogen-rich soda that claims to let you “drink your meditation.” The plum ginseng is loaded with L-theanine and Ashwagandha, as well as ginseng. But it has no sugar, calories, or caffeine.

This beverage will be light on the alcohol but still very relaxing.

Slightly muddle a few of the raspberries in the bottom of your glass. Then add the rose and sparkling water and toss in the rest of the raspberries. This is a beautiful drink that’s light on alcohol and sugar but lovely and delicious.
